What parking options are available at this community?
The Whitney offers free surface lot parking for residents.
When is trash pickup?
Garbage pick up days are Sun-Thur evening between 7-9pm.
Where is the dog park?
Neighboring the playground, between R & S building.
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
We do not have designated guest parking.
What are your community’s pool hours?
9AM – 10PM
What are your fitness center hours?
Fitness center hours are during business hours only.
Where is the Compactor located?
At the front of the community, near the leasing office.
Are there specific hours for Move-In and Move-Out?
Scheduled ahead of time
Where are the grills and what type are they?
Grills are first come, first serve. Located by the pool.
Who are the water and/or electricity provider and how can I contact them for service setup?
We set up water. Electricity provider is Georgia Power 1-888-660-5890

Does it cost anything to apply at this community?
No, It is free to apply for an apartment with SMARTLEASING! After you are approved, you will have the option to pay a reservation fee to hold your apartment.
